Common questions

Tracking number not recognised

Most often the label was created but the parcel has not been handed to us yet. Give it 24 hours from the time the retailer said it was dispatched.

Check also that you are using the 14-character tracking number beginning MP — retailers sometimes show their own internal order reference on the confirmation email.

Two parcels, one tracking number

Multi-parcel orders share a root number with a suffix (-1, -2). Each part travels separately and can arrive on different days.

Report it the same day. We keep the driver’s GPS trace for 30 days and can usually identify the correct address within one working day. Do not knock on neighbours’ doors first — if the parcel was misdelivered we would rather collect it ourselves.
