Set a safe place from the tracking page any time before the parcel goes out for delivery. The driver photographs the parcel where it was left.
On by default. Drivers try the two adjoining properties, then the ones opposite. A card is always left saying which number has the parcel.
You can switch this off permanently in your account preferences.
Around 4 100 shops across the UK. Parcels are held for 10 days, longer than the 7 days we hold at a depot. You will need the card number or the tracking number plus ID.
You can move a delivery to any working day within the next 7 days, free of charge, up until 22:00 the evening before.
Aerosols above 250 ml, lithium batteries shipped on their own, perishable food, live animals, cash and anything requiring temperature control. Parcels found to contain these are returned to the sender at their cost.
